Ordering Info

Each piece of Kat Cadegan jewellery is carefully handmade in our Revelstoke studio. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase following your online order (check your junk mail if you don’t receive it). Orders typically take 3 business days to process, please factor in this time in addition to shipping estimates. Orders are processed Tuesday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our studio is closed on Mondays, weekends & holidays. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

Pricing

Our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Taxes

Taxes will be added according to your shipping address. No sales taxes will be added to American or International orders. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that are charged on international shipments that may apply when the product enters your country.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and some Visa debit cards. We do not accept Amex. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. For security reasons, we do not keep permanent records of your credit card information on file.

Exchange Policy

Unless otherwise noted, unworn ready-to-ship jewelry may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for store credit, less the shipping fee.
All custom work is final sale. Kat Cadegan Jewellery does not issue refunds for any orders. To initiate a return, please email info@katcadegan.com. Please note that return shipping cost will be the client’s responsibility. Store credit will be available once the piece is returned to Kat Cadegan Jewellery and inspected.

Jewellery Repairs

We guarantee the integrity of our own work, and will go above and beyond to ensure our customers are thrilled with their experience.
For all repair inquiries, please email info@katcadegan.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase (order #). If the item was not purchased directly through Kat Cadegan, we require proof of purchase from the original transaction. Repairing your Kat Cadegan piece at a local jeweller without written approval from Kat Cadegan Jewellery voids the warranty. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable repairs. We do not repair other jewellers' work.

Jewellery Resizing

We provide one complimentary resizing per ring for our clients. If you need further resizing, we can provide it starting at $50 per resize. The design of the piece and change in size will determine the price. Please note that resizing jewelry too many times could affect the integrity of the jewelry.

Shipping

You will receive email confirmation of shipment when the order is sent.
If you have specific time requirements, please let us know at the time of your order and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please email info@katcadegan.com . If you need your jewellery sooner, please contact us to see how quickly we can accommodate you.
We offer regular mail and express post at checkout. Fed Ex is available by request. International orders are shipped priority post.

Packaging

Each and every order comes with a Kat Cadegan fabric pouch. If you are purchasing a ring and would like a ring box, we offer custom boxes that are handcrafted in New Zealand from sustainably harvested timbers. If you need additional packaging for gifts or would like a note written inside, please email us with your order number and we’ll happily do so. Receipts are not enclosed in the box – they are emailed to you separately, so if it is a gift, not to worry!
