Shipping policy
During the Canada Post strike, we are shipping with FedEx and UPS to ensure business as usual
SHIPPING
You will receive email confirmation of shipment when the order is sent. If you have specific time requirements, please let us know at the time of your order and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please email info@katcadegan.com. If you need your jewellery sooner, please contact us to see how quickly we can accommodate you. All Jewellery is shipped Canada Post or courier with insurance. International orders are shipped priority post.
LOST PACKAGES/ DELAYED DELIVERY
In the unfortunate event that your item is lost in transit, a service ticket will be opened with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping carriers and when issues arise, we must follow their protocol. We will make every effort to track your package through the carrier and have it successfully delivered. If/ when the item is deemed lost by the carrier, we will then send a replacement. We must wait for the package to be deemed lost by the shipping carrier to send a replacement, as this is the only way we receive the shipping insurance to replace the item.
PACKAGING
Each and every order comes with a Kat Cadegan fabric pouch. If you are purchasing a ring and would like a ring box, we offer custom boxes that are handcrafted in New Zealand from sustainably harvested timbers. If you need additional packaging for gifts or would like a note written inside, please email us with your order number and we’ll happily do so. Receipts are not enclosed in the box – they are emailed to you separately, so if it is a gift, not to worry!
